We Currently take payment via PayPal. This is a secure method of payment and we advise all RTH customers to sign up if they wish to purchase from our website.

Returns Policy

Within 14 days of receiving your item and you are not happy with it please contact so we can arrange you to return your item(s). Once your item has been received and it is in a original resalable condition you will then be entitled to an exchange or refund. The customer will be liable for postage. If the customer requests a refund we will only refund back the money for the item(s) not the postage.

If you have been sent an incorrect item please contact us at immediately stating ‘incorrect item’ with your order confirmation email. Once we have received the incorrect item We will then then arrange to get your correct order resent immediately.

Q: Do you accept returns / exchanges?

A: Yes, at the cost of the buyer. Items must be returned with all original packaging and unworn.

Q: How quickly will I receive my item?

A: Items are dispatched within 3 working days by Royal Mail 1st Class Tracked Delivery. This normally takes 1-3 days.

Q: Are you available in stores or just online?

A: Currently stocked in B-Recognised, Northampton as well as online. I will be announcing more select stockists soon.

Q: Can I be an RTH model?

A: Models are sourced in-house but feel free to send pics of you wearing RTH and the best ones will make our live Instagram Feed. Get creative!
